Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact and registration forms
Data collected on these forms are stored directly in our servers databases for a specific application used for. Clients may have accessed to their registration entries and have full control over it. Some application constrict the usage of the system by user-level and roles assignment.

In case of security breach, we have protocols in-placed to secure clients data as well as ours. Affected servers maybe shutdown for a purpose and pail over system will run in different IP addresses for security reasons. Notice to clients is also in effect in this circumstance.

Some of our application installed comes with open sources and from time-to-time we received support emails coming from them and others are promotional services. We never shared clients data to any of our third parties and this is non-negotiable.
